Telling Stories Through Illustration

Hello, I’m Hannah Graham - storyteller, author and live illustrator.

I tell stories through words, drawings and lived experience. From bringing books to life to capturing people through live illustration, I’ll draw anyone who stays still long enough.

My Work

People are at the heart of everything I create. Through words, illustration and live storytelling, I capture personalities, conversations and moments that matter.

My work includes:

Book illustration — currently seeking representation

Live portrait illustration at events

Live event illustration and visual storytelling

Illustrated minute-taking

School visits

Illustration workshops

Book readings

Bespoke painting commissions

“I love drawing people because people matter. Whether I’m capturing a face, a feeling or a fleeting moment, my illustrations turn memories into something you can see, and treasure.”

A story with a purpose…

I wrote this book following my own experience as a mother on a neonatal unit.

It was created to help siblings understand the important part they can play during a difficult and uncertain time and how something as simple as reading can help them feel involved, connected and close to their new baby brother or sister.

The story also gently introduces young readers and families to prematurity, helping to build awareness, understanding and empathy.

I hope this story brings comfort, starts conversations and helps every sibling understand just how important they are.

I hope you enjoy reading it.
